If you haven't visited the Botanical Gardens in Atlanta, then you are missing out!

I try to visit at LEAST once a year.  They have different exhibits depending on what time of year etc... so just check their site before going.  My friend Tierra invited me out to see the new exhibit called "Imaginary Worlds" that's showing now. 

I love magical anything, so duh of course I went! 

Here are some of the gorgeous plant installations for the exhibit, and inside their orchid center (which by the way is my faaaaavorite!).

TST travel tips for visiting the gardens:

  • Go when they open, and preferably on a weekday, to avoid crowds.
  • If you live in Atl, get the $75 dollar membership, go at least 3 times a year and it pays for itself.
  • Adults who drink, go on Thurs nights for “cocktails in the garden”.
  • If you visit during the summer season, be prepared for the hot weather.. it’s Hotlanta.
  • Wear comfortable shoes! (lots of walking)
  • This place is perfect for a date night, or even a daytime friend date!
